I e-mailed the dickheads at albumistheticket, but it's not gonna do any good - I can just buy a ticket for the Houston show in the morning.
I just got ass raped that's all. They could've at least lubed it up for me geez......
DON'T PREORDER THE CD, JUST BUY TICKETS WHEN THEY GO ON SALE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC!!!!!!

These tickets are NOT expensive!!!!! By buying the cd and a ticket, it IS LESS than I have paid for just a ticket before.
Now I did not like buying 2 cd's, but that's what ebay is for!
Don't get mad at Mudvayne for the Ticketbastard charges, get mad at Ticketbastard!
My venue only had 1 price. Maybe it will go up on Saturday for the public.

I emailed thealbumistheticket telling them I don't think it's fair that they promised us pre-sale tickets to only have a limited number. NO ONE told us there was a limited number of pre-sale tickets, I went to order mine an hour after they went on sale and couldn't. This is bullshit. I don't think Mudvayne themselves are responsible for all these internet fuck ups that are going on but they have terrible management that should be fucking fired.

Why are there 2 prices for the HOB show in Orlando? One says $26.25, the others says $42.95. Kathy? Ginelly? Do you guys have any idea? I'm not buying until I know for sure  |

Kim-I have no idea why there's 2. I checked some of the other venues and they only have one price. It's very odd because HOB is all general admission anyway! I even tried "buying" one of the $40 tix to see if it would explain any VIP or anything and it didn't. I ended up getting one of the cheaper ones.
Ginelly went to HOB box office to get hers yesterday and they said they weren't selling them at the box office.
I thought for sure that the presale was for those who bought the album and regular sale was for those who didn't, but as of today (tix went on regular sale yesterday) you still need to enter a password on ticketmaster.
I think Mudvayne is going to regret this. It's not like they're AC/DC or something who can sell out in a matter of minutes. There's a lot of fans who simply can't afford to buy an album just so they can get a ticket. No matter how big a fan you are and how much faith you have in a band, there's still a chance you may only like a few songs on the album anyway. Some bands offer the chance to preorder an album when you buy your ticket (Unearth is doing this at the moment & it includes early entry to the show, meet & greet & an autographed poster for an extra $15...the ticket itself is only $15 as well-and there are 5 bands playing!) again...it's YOUR choice whether to take advantage of that.
After all the shit and waiting Mudvayne has put us through, including this marketing strategy (supposedly assuring themselves of #1 sales the week it comes out), I think it's just pissing off more and more people.
This album & tour better be fucking good or it'll be a nail in their coffin.

Yeah, that's pretty fucking stupid! Wtf? They're gone for 3 years, and the geniuses on their label probably thought this would be a swell idea. I'm just going to wait for when the password bullshit is over with. It might be over in a couple of weeks, I'll just have to keep going back to check *sigh*

Wait, wtf?! So I have to get another freaking album for another ticket?!!? Omg, they need to fire their management so bad. :S .... This is just bullcrap. This is NOT saving under $40 at all! 2 albums and 2 tickets together is like $120!! They better put tickets up for public sale soon. Money just doesn't grow on trees, geeze.

I think they really should have let everyone get 2 tickets per cd. Not many people want to go to a concert alone or can afford to buy extra cd's.
I think a better deal would have been to let everyone who bought the cd before the presale get VIP tix or something.
