In a drunken instance of fate I joined a local metal band on Friday. The odd thing is, I mentioned I would be interested in joining to a buddy, then a couple hours later the singer/guitarist shows up and says he fired everyone and needed a bass player. Hows that for timing? Then today I hear that we are going to be opening up for a major label band at The Docks in a month. I am fucking stoked!
