Everyone is evil not just christians. Its human nature. Agreed~ prejudice can come from any catagory of people, and thankfully only a small percentage of Christians are that extreme. I know. At least most people don't take that stuff seriously! : ) I certainly hope not...I think they're forgetting that hatred is not a family value  |

I'm not into religious bashing. Not once in my posts did I ever mention Christians or any other faith. I just get discouraged when I see people being led around by the nose the way most organized religions demand of their congregation, no matter what it is. I consider it a debate, not necessarily controversy. It can open up doors of thought for people, make them think outside the box (isn't that the most asinine phrase you've ever heard of? Way over-used by Taco Bell). And don't be afraid to think for yourself, lego. You'd be surprised at the way I used to think when I lived with my mom, compared to how I am now. I'm like a totally different person. I'm passionate about encouraging others think for themselves the way people feel about animals, or helping abused children.

Yeah, I understand what you're saying, and I agree. It's just an instinct for me to avoid that stuff. It could very well be a positive thing, I don't know. I guess as long as it's a discussion and not a bashing or debate thingy.  And thanks, I DO have my own ideas and thoughts, I don't follow what my parents believe, I just keep my mouth shut. I don't like being called a communist or satanist. ;D Nothing against communism. Just trying to be neutral here. |

Well, I didn't mean you didn't think for yourself! Just didn't come out right I guess! ;D And it really all depends on the individual. Some topics folks don't want to get involved in, nothing wrong with that. I think I just must've been persecuted for my religious beliefs in a past life or something. There's really no basis for my anger and resentment for a lot of that stuff. My family was never very religious, so all this must come from a past life! ;D
