Haha, I guess that's fascinating, but maybe it's not that hard to find connections and coincidences between things. But it's pretty cool to get all paranoid and think the world is full of secrets and conspiracies! xD

I just read up on the concept of Daath, which is mentioned in (Per)version of a Truth. I was going to make a thread about it and some other things to say how brilliant TEOATTC is, but since this thread is similar, I'll just post here. On the tree of life (which is seen in LD50) there are 13 visible nodes (13 tracks on TEOATTC) and one hidden one (12:97:24:99). I interpret the hiddenness as the silence and the coded lyrics. Also the bottom of the tree of life is the logo they used for the album (the triangle). The top half of the triangle represents prime instincts (which Mudvayne reflected on in songs from their first 2 albums). The bottom half of the triangle represents automatic reactions, which I think ties into prime instincts. The following article I have linked is from a band called Daath, but the concepts have been used by Mudvayne. An example is the nodes "Mercy" and "Judgement". The site claims that too much judgement can make you a tyrant-hence severity. ("Mercy, Severity") All this has made me love Mudvayne even more, because you can tell they thought this shit through. www.daathmusic.com/DaathComplex.html

Thanks for the insight stallan! You've also gotten me more interested in Daath (the band). They were really good at Ozzfest, but to be honest I've only listened to them "on the surface" not giving much thought to what was behind the music...until now

This prompted me to listen to daath and I'm so glad to find that they're pretty good from what I've heard so far. Exciting, I love these themes in music <333

im sorry for posting on this page but I had to do it “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.” (AL 1:40) Know forever > Do what you will make it the whole of your law, My number is 11, as all their numbers who are of us. The Five Pointed Star, with a Circle in the Middle, & the circle is Red. My colour is black to the blind, but blue and gold are seen of the seeing. Also I have a secret glory for them that love me.” (AL 1:60) hermetic.com/osiris/triangleofart.htmWhat you think ?
