I'll be getting a shit load more music as soon as I get my new computer with the money I'll (hopefully) be earning this summer.

i felt like this topic should be resurrected. new songs by scooter's new side project When November Falls (aka the witch) are available. i really like the song Symphony for a Mad World. really soft stuff, hopefully he puts more guitar in there later in the writing process, but its a side project so who knows. but if you like cold, you need to check this stuff out.

The side project stuff isn't bad, but I really prefer the slightly heavier Cold-type songs where there's more of an emphysis on Scooter's vocals (his voice is one of the best IMO). Could be that things will be a bit different when its actually recorded since its only demos on myspace. In any case-as long as Scooter's in it, I'm buying it! ;D

yes i agree with that. i will definitely buy it if scooter is in it. i would buy pretty much anything with the COLD members involved (except evanescence). if you added some guitar riffs to these songs, they could be just as good as COLD, but maybe that is what he is trying to get away from with this side project. i don't like "let the rain begin", but the other 2 are pretty good, so i will definitely pay attention to this band.

I just found this great site: www.spreadthecold.com which has TONS of Cold stuff on it, including downloads. Check it out if you like the band (and even if you don't!)

I don't know if anyone else cares at this point, but Cold is doing a reunion tour and album. Scooter's other band (now called The Killer and the Star) is opening. I'm probably going to go to the Lancaster show. I'm excited. I don't listen to Cold a whole lot anymore, but I used to and this will be my only time seeing them live.

i've been a fan of cold since i was in high school and i've always wanted the chance to see them live so might be able to now if they announce a toronto date

I'm sure Ginelly can attest to this (she was there too...) Cold is just as amazingly beautiful as ever and it was so great to see them onstage once again! Killer And The Star performed too, so we got a double-dose of Scooter ;D

I got some cds signed and was able to talk to Scooter for a bit, he said they'd be back in the Fall after the new album is released. Hopefully that includes parts of the country that didn't get the tour this time.
