I love korn. Definitely one amazing band. I love Did My Time and Alone I break pluuus many other songs. Saw them on the See You On The Other Side tour. Incredible. Everything rocked to the max. We will get along juuuuuuuuust fine |

I like the Untouchables cd. I love Jonathan's vocals in it and there are cool songs there like Make believe and Embrace.
I also like their debut cd. As a matter of fact, those are the only ones that I like from them.

Korn's old stuff was good. Their two latest CD's are crap, especially See You on the Other Side. All the sexual songs just make it unbearable to listen to.
Which is another reason why I like Mudvayne so much... I don't think there is a single song that talks about sex. Way to go Mudvayne!

Korn's old stuff was good. Their two latest CD's are crap, especially See You on the Other Side. All the sexual songs just make it unbearable to listen to. Which is another reason why I like Mudvayne so much... I don't think there is a single song that talks about sex. Way to go Mudvayne! In case you hadn't noticed "life is peachy" is full of all that good stuff. |

They actually made something originol. Not the same shit over and over. And made songs their fans and new fans love. A person cant like every CD, i understand that but to call one of the best Korn CDs, creative wise, crap means your on something. I would never call a new CD crap if it atleast attempted to change up thier music. |

Many people feel this way about Korn these days, so I'm not too surprised when I see a post like that. I understand and I would argue against thier opinoin. But a true Korn fan will accept them today, and won't complain about their new style. I still love them and I reaspect them for being the kind of band they are for as long as they have been.

No im beyond sticking up for Korn. Same for Mudvayne. Im into so many styles of music just ask mom. And i appreciate it all. If the bad kind cause they are doing what they love. But in this case mom called this cd crappy that didnt deserve it. It might not have sounded good to her but to call it crap is harsh. SYOTOS is one of the greatest CDs ive ever heard. It sounds like Korn and then doesnt sound like them. And i love that about them cause they have the balls to change it up which is why the CD is doing so well. |

Some people use the word "crappy" in the wrong way, IMO. It is a harsh word, but I couldn't see her meaning it like that, she does like them and she is going to their concert this fall.
I also get tired of sticking up for bands myself, just not easy to change some people's opinoins about a band- which is fine and all, but I just hate it when a good band is dis-respected. When that Korn/Mudavyen tour was going on, so many people were critisizing Mudvayne in the Korn forums and saying really harsh things about Chad's vocals. Yeah, his vocals are very different from Jon's, but he definately doesn't suck at what he does. If those people could be a little open minded they would be able to hear the originallity of both vocal styles. That time I was sticking up for Mudvayne (NOT by any means insulting Korn- I LOVE Jon's voice just as much, just differently) but all I would get back were negative come backs- so immature.
