Best: The third time I saw A7X, as I was finally at the front and the stage was really close given how big the venue was. It was great to finally be so near them, and I do think that was their best performance of the three I've seen. I stuck my tongue out at Johnny and he made a little silly face at me, and Syn looked me right in the face. Met Shadows for the second time afterwards, it was awesome.
Worst: Same, as I queued for eight hours in the fucking snow and totally froze my arse off. Was so cold I went to the pound shop and bought a quilt for a fiver. Looked awful silly, sitting in the middle of London with this bloody daft j cloth quilt over me. Was still freezing, thought I was going to die of hypothermia.

I don't know what I would have done in your situation, even 60 degrees is too cold for me

Very weird that best and worst were the same show! I'm sure it was all worth it though...that "best" is pretty damn good!

My best - When I saw a local band Odin in Feb. Both bands rocked IMO. They didn't wait around forever to start either. It was 1 dollar too.
My worst - tonigh. It fucking sucked. I went there to see 1 band at 6 and it didn't start till seven and the first band sucked. The second band was awesome though. 3-5 sucked. The fifth band was an emo band and these real metal heads were like "This sucks." One of the songs was called Stephan's anthem and one of 'em was like "Who's Stephan???" And he's like my brother. Judging by the lyrics he must've died. Any way by the end of their set one another one of 'em jumped on the ground, and started screaming make it stop while spinning in circles. One of the people that went there to see the emo band was like "Somebody forgot their douche bag on the floor" Both groups started talking all this shit and they had like 4 security guards say like "Try that shit again and you're outta here" to the metal group. I didn't want to stay till 12 because I have to work tomorrow anyway. It all around sucked.

Wow Sarah. o.O How cold was it? But who cares, the best section outweighs it!
Vince, at least the part where they were cussin each other out sounds entertaining. That's always fun to watch. xD

I don't know in terms of temperature, but that was probably the coldest I've ever been in my life. I had a t-shirt, jumper, big heavy coat and this bloody great quilt and it didn't make any difference. I had five pairs of socks on and still couldn't feel my feet. I'm normally really warm after about a minute after getting inside, I was still freezing through both supports and only warmed up a couple of songs into A7X's set. Was worth it though, I'd do it again.

i can too, one just has to build up their calluses for that! I'm always barefoot! (almost always) xD I go into like Burger King and stuff without shoes, out on the yard... you should see my feet. They're never clean, even after I shower.

I'm always barefoot too...but I don't go into stores that way. I take off my shoes as soon as I get in the car, and thats where they stay until I go somewhere again!

Damn right, you never know when the bottom of your foot is going to itch, and if you're barefoot, you can just reach down and scratch it! But yeah, I put on flip flops to go into stores too. Feels icky walking over sticky Slurpee goo stuck to the linoleum!
