Thanks everyone for posting all of these Ryan-photos  I'd like to know how he keeps in such seemingly good shape. Yoga? Pilates? It's not as if he can carry weights around on tour, or hit the motel gyms before bus call! I think. I mean, this guy looks fabulous (never strung-out and hag-tired) in tour photos, keeps his shape, and runs around with that heavy Warwick bass show after show. Really: I know keeping in shape requires physical discipline and good eating habits, but touring seems awfully tough, even if you Love it. Maybe it's true what "they" say: just do what needs getting done, and everything will get done. prioritize, etc. Seems like a nice guy, too. Anyway. Yes, he's unbelievable. He needs to let me photograph him. |
