(scrutinizing and admiring the enlarged image) Mreow--really wonderful lighting and image texture! If I'da not known who they were (he was), I'd have investigated. And that means, for the photo: Mission Accomplished!
Oh, yeah, and Chad looks really good--although, that thing (cell phone?) hanging out of his back pocket resembles a handgun handle for a sec!

I think it's the receiver for his ear-piece.

Yeah, if he was using a wireless mic, i'd say that would be the receiver for it, but since he always wears the ear-piece, that would have to be it.
