I now have the ability to make my own shirts, and what better thing to do than to make a shirt dedicated to my love to Mudvayne! So, I need some ideas from you guys, It can be pictures and words. I don't want to make anything vulgar since I'll be wearing this to school. So I want positive lyrics, or just lyrics that have a neutral meaning.
I was thinking mabey:
"I lead the mice on parade, down to the river of kool-aid, then open up the flood gates!" With " The End of all Things To Come" on the back, with some sort of picture.
Anyone got more ideas?

How about a picture from their LD 50 days with I stand, not falling amd then on the back have Lost and Found among the wreckage. That way you have something to represent every album

I like the one you mentioned FLKMNKY, but it depends on your school too..."the end of all things to come" could be interpreted the wrong way by school officials who are looking to find a problem. The rest of it would be great even by itself...it would definitely keep non-Mudvayne fans guessing! I like yours too Vince (what? no Kill I Oughtta?)
Theres so many great lyrics to choose from you can't go wrong if it's something meaningful to you! Show us a picture when is done ;D

Ok maybe have the back (on the bottom) say somthing like "I plant a seed of wisdom so that you will learn" (best I could come up with).

:ooh yeah, that would go over well at school!
Since you wanted to do EOATTC....go for it. If there's a picture on it, it will be pretty obvious that it's a band shirt and you shouldn't have a problem with the school. If you don't want to use a band picture, you could always use the one on the back of EOATTC
It's strange, because so many of their lyrics I perceive as positive, but looking them over and trying to view them as others unfamiliar with the band or the genre would see them, it's a whole different story. Bits and pieces of the songs can be taken as negative and depressing, but as a whole they are very motivating and inspirational. (to me anyway!)

I know--all the public schools are so paranoid of another Columbine! As if music preference had anything to do with that. My high school in Ohio was ultra-conservative: we couldn't even wear band tees, even if it was only the logo! Also, no South Park, no 'slogans' (unless it was Christian of course), no unnatural hair color, no (visible) body piercings, no spaghetti tank tops. My school fucking sucked. Florida is much more liberal in its dress code. I did have fun fucking with the teachers with my 'I'm going nucking futs' shirt...i got like half a dozen detentions for that, but I kept wearing it.

Ok, here are the three shirts I made: When you look at the pictures, the text on the shirts looks like CRAP, but that's because the camera flash exposed the black paper. Believe me, it looks much better! ;D All pictures have been edited by me, so most of these are completely custom. The horns are my own hand, the solid snake was photoshopped to look like that, and I added a border to the Mudvayne pic. Metal Gear Solid (Video Game) with Solid Snake in his classic pose: Head banging with "Rock On" horns held high: Mudvayne with an appropriate saying I thought would match the picture: I think I'm gonna add the Mudvayne logo to the back, mabey with some lyrics. I gotta think about it

Some came out better than others... but can't ask for much from a homemade shirt!

Wicked nice tees! (as we say in Beantown), though I'm not familiar with the first tee's image. I'd buy the second one easy, if you made more!! In fact, I'd buy a few as presents! I've only one bit of advice, and I'm suggesting this as a photographer: it'd be cool to credit the photog on your Mudvayne shirt (cause it is an awesome pic!). Just a small credit line, just his name~~© David Boud~~ at the lower left or right corner of the image. I'm not trying to be a downer, but if you do decide to make a few and sell them, just as a CYA thing, I'd request courtesy copyright from the photog, explain why you're using his particular image--he might really be flattered, and as music fan, would understand why you want the best image to publically express your love for a favorite Metal band--esp. with that particular tee slogan If you're not selling them, but giving them away, or if the tee is in an edition of one...well, he should not have a problem, esp. if he's credited. And hey, you might just make a friend--if he likes the shirt, maybe you've got yourself a burgeoning enterprise here!

Yea, I understand. But I won't be selling them for profit anytime soon!
