I miss Mudvayne :(

Hey everyone. I havn't been on here for ages and I'm guessing no one else here goes on since Chad and Greg said their off with HellYeah. I dunno how long it will take for someone to read this but I just thought I'd say that I really miss Mudvayne. I enjoyed the anticipation of new albums, tours and talking about how good Chad's voice still is. To have an extended break (hopefully not a permanent break) after releasing a fucking fantastic album, it's a bit of a downer that this happened. I really hope they will come back together. Who's with me here?

Hehe,I'm with you ! but I really like Hellyeah so I'm not in pain that much.To be honest I miss the most LD 50 and early TEOATTC times ;/ Ofcourse I would give everything to go on their concert,I'm not even talk about hanging out with those guys but...that's life

Yeah I'm not the biggest fan of Hellyeah really. I havn't listened to them for a while but maybe I'll give em another shot. But yeah like you said, I guess that's just life. Can't do much about it

right there with you! I've always found it difficult to be a Hellyeah fan, maybe because I liked Mudvayne so much better. I really miss the insightful lyrics that go so much deeper than the simplistic HY ones. That being said....I have to admit I enjoyed seeing them at Earthday Birthday in Orlando on May 1st. Chad reminded me a whole lot of the EOATTC days in appearance & energy...made it easier to forget about the lameness of the lyrics he was singing. Greg and the rest of the band were great too. Yeah, it's a real pain that they're not touring for the new album, I would love to hear just about anything on Mudvayne live. I doubt it will be a permanent break - we gotta stay positive about this stuff, I would go mental if they didn't do another Mudvayne tour ever again.

i agree with you stratocaster, we've all (as big MuDvAyNe fans) have just got to stay positive about this. yes, HELLYEAH may not be as deep and methodical as MuDvAyNe but they're fun and full of energy and they're touring right now. as soon as MuDvAyNe come back in full force, they will kick our asses. i have complete faith in these guys not to disappoint

I am not a fan of HellYeah, I agree with hevymtlmom when she says the lyrics are just lame, shallow, with no deepnedd or insight whatsoever and just about raising hell and drinking.
This is just my theory, maybe Chad needed to do a side project like Hellyeah for something lighter on his emotions and his brains and to just have fun with it. Maybe it helps Chad not to be in such a negative mindset as much. It's just a thought. But I feel as a Mudvayne fan, Chad's heart will always be in a deeper, more spiritual, and darker place like Mudvayne, which is sometimes harder to deal with . Anyway, Chad is amazing!!!!! They all are. What's up with Ryan lately?

I know it's a little dead (ok...a LOT dead) around here at the moment, but once Mudvayne comes back it'll be more active. We'll still be here, don't worry ;D

God, reading this made me sad,
I like Hellyeah, I must say that at first I hated the band, but I gave them a chance and now I like ... But I love Mudvayne, and the video "Heard It All Before" did not help my situation, the band did not show his face on it, I really want Mudvayne back, they were with me in the best and worst moments of my life.

I've said it, but to see Chad in Hellyeah makes me afraid of him not wanting to go back to the Mud, I'm glad he is okay, but I hope Mudvayne lasts for more a good time.

Sorry for the rant, lol I needed.
