So I hope this silence concerning the next album and band in general doesn't continue much longer. I'm fairly certain they're not touring, so I'm hoping for some news soon. But after the wait for The New Game, I wouldn't be surprised if it lasts longer. Of course, if there's something I'm unaware of, I'd be happy to hear it.

All is quiet on the home front. No mentions of touring, videos, albums, nothing.

Doubt they'll release hellyeah and mudvayne in the same year. Touring would be all fucked up. If I had to say, Hellyeah is gonna release another, and tour for awhile. I guarantee they'll do exactly what they did with "The New Game". Already done woth the cd, then put it on hold for HY, after HY is done, Mudvayne will write/record, release the "Sonic Ranch" album, and repeat. All up until HY or Mud is retired.

As i know they are releasing 'Sonic ranch' record in summer, between june and september.. I won't be suprised if they retire after touring and HellYeah will record something new and tour in 2010.. Mudvayne isn't listed on any European festival line ups this year and that's fucking strange, no european/australian tour, nothing.. There's something coming.

They really haven't been "silent" for that long....Their last tour date was March 28th which is less than two weeks ago....I'm sure they are gunna take a little well deserved break first.....I think I read in an interview with Matt saying that they were gunna see how the sales with the New Game were going to determine when to release the Sonic Ranch album.....My guess is mid to late summer

I thought it had been longer since the last tour date. I'd kinda lost track. And if it's mid/late summer, they miss many of the euopean dates on what I'll assume is a break. If they promote the next album well, I could see a much longer world tour. Whenever they release the next album, it can't some soon enough.

Chyeah, he'd be shattered!!
Well, Mudvayne haven't been to Australia since 2006, so theres something going on there. I think all of this will keep us on the edge of our seats, then they'll hit us with something totally unexpected and crazy. The Mudvayne we love. I don't think theres anything here we should be worried about, because quite frankly, Mudvayne have never dissapointed me, and i don't think they're going to start to now.
