i haven't been able to find this in the forum yet & i'm surprised there's not a thread about it...
what in the world is up with the suit Chad is wearing on this tour?
don't get me wrong i think it's cool as fuck but i just don't get what it is & what it's supposed to stand for.
any ideas?

I think it is supposed to be a guerilla suit. As for it's meaning, it probably represents how he feels when he is on stage.

He's worn a brown gorilla suit for a long time. This new red one is in the Do What You Do Video.

 When he wore this at the show he said "No matter HOW cold it is INSIDE, NEVER wear a red bear suit INSIDE!" Hahaha, i think its bad ass Also he wore the overalls and singlet at a show aswell, without the make up. Wow! I'll find the photos |

I think the reason you couldn't find a thread is that we all just kinda....accept what chad does without much question ROFL. The first fur suit he wore was during the end of the LD 50 tour cycle I believe, and into EOATTC cycle, he called this a 'bunny suit':  Then for Lost & Found he wore these two different suits:   Now he's wearing this red one. I mean, I've heard him say things like "I'm pissed off today, I'll dress like a monkey." and Megan has that bear quote. I've had other people think it's like a KFC chicken suit(the mohawk helps that, me thinks) other people calling it elmo. At the end of the day I think it's a mix of him fucking with us LOL and just plain liking it. Perhaps he's a furry, but lets all hope not XD. |

A Furry?! Hahahaha! In that case, he should call into Loveline sometime and try to explain it to Stryker yet again (it seems as if he just doesn't get it. Or maybe it's Dr.Drew who doesn't get it. As for how I know the Furry convo is a recurring one, I've checked out the show for quite a while now, on and off. I really like and respect Dr. Drew, and of course he's Hot, and...and...well, when I arrive home at 9 or 10 from May through August, Loveline is the only non-BBC-oriented show worth listening to!)
That suit? It's a total Mr. Snuffleupagus suit! Chad wore that suit on the first Ozzfest show ''05, in 95+ degree heat.
