My Tattoo Idea!

I've been considering getting lyrics tattooed to me and Mudvayne is one of the bands I have in mind since they're in my top three most important bands, bands that have had a major influence on me. I've narrowed it down to these lyrics and I'm just curious what you guys think, and if it makes you wonder about what Mudvayne lyrics mean the most to you.

"Skrying" is one of my favorite songs, but none of the lyrics are very uplifting and I don't want anything too somber tattooed to my body for the rest of my life, haha. Sometimes it's a bummer how down Chad's lyrics are =P

They're all awesome choices. I'd say pick the one that means the most to YOU.

Personally, I've always loved (k)Now F(orever)...especially "pull down the shades, internal light can be blinding" in fact I'd like to have that put around my triangle (yeah, yeah, I know...different albums, but so what?) It would make the whole tattoo too big to hide behind my watch at work, but I still may do it anyway.

You had mentioned that you were going to put them on your ribs? From what I've heard that is one of the most painful places. But once it's done, it's done and you have something special to you that will never leave your side ;D Good luck and be sure to let us know how it goes!

So I wasn't able to get my Mud lyrics this weekend (cause it was $500!) but I got a different one. It's a line from one of the songs David Bowie sings in "Labyrinth" because Bowie is a god. Here are the pics:

Thanks! It's "Pristina" font in Word, haha. Hopefully I'll be getting the hook up from someone I know who has a lot of tattoo artist friends and I'll be able to get my -1 tattoo before the show!

Alright, just got it done today! Here it is! *drumroll*



I loooove it! But the second "be" looks like "he" so I might have to go back in and have them fix it. I'm a little bummed about that, but otherwise....loveeee it!
