Did anyone see slipknot at that tour with dragon force, disturbed,shadows fall,suicide silence..etc. I wasnt able to make it to the show in fresno (my new location). Although I heard on my radio station that disturbed played a better show then slipknot. Does anybody have any thoughts reguarding that.

Kathy and I are going in 7 days to the Tampa show, the West Palm Beach show and Atlanta about a week and a half after that ;D Disturbed playing better than SK??? I don't think so. Stone Sour even gave a better live performance than Disturbed IMO when I saw them in 2006 (and it was my 1st time ever seeing both bands live). I'm not saying Disturbed sucked or anything, they actually put on a pretty decent show. But Corey's onstage energy alone is a Hell lot more than David's from Disturbed. I felt like SS stole the show although Disturbed were headliners. They do have a lot of onstage shit like fire and stuff, but to be honest I wasn't impressed, and toward the end even a little bored. I don't think they have much energy onstage and David is not nearly as interactive with the crowd as Corey is. People complain about SK cause their energy on stage "isn't what it use to be"  I'm sure they are not as "energetic" or 'crazy" as they were back when they 1st started, but I'm pretty damn sure they are still awesome live  Anyway, Kathy and I will be able to tell you all for sure in about a week  |

I've seen reviews that contradict each other...I think it has a lot to do with which band you like to begin with. Based on that and on reviews I've read, my prediction is that Machine Head kicks the asses of all of the bands!
...With any luck I'll have some videos so you can judge for yourself. (I have pit for all three shows)

i'll be at the toronto date for that,still gotta get my ticket, and to be honest,there's no point to compare which band is better than the other,all that matters is all these kickass bands in one tour and its gona be good

The only downside for those about to see the tour is that Sid will be playing in a wheelchair. So unfortunately no stage jumping, crowd diving, wrestling with Clown, etc.

they said that sid hurt himself on the first day of the tour so now for the whole tour,he'll be stuck in a wheel chair

Oh god, they're so fucking retarded. I was watching Fuse with them on it and they were saying they specifically named on of their cds 777 so it would match the release date but it wasn't the right date(cd's only come out on tuesdays) so they were like "so i guess would should have named it something else..." >_O
