Well this is actually more than one question,sorry if this is not in the right place, you can move this thread if you need too,but it seems like every time i go to Mudvayne's myspace my computer freezes up,waiting on all that stuff to finish loading,has that happened to anybody else? it seems they have too many of those video things on there,and i was looking on there message board at Mudvayne.com,and it seems weird,like they don't say much good about the band and stuff,what do y'all think of that board?Sorry if that is not something y'all talk about on here,i was just wondering about it,since i don't really know.

i dont like that board. anybody who admits they like mudvayne just gets abuse. there's hardly anyone actually talking about mudvayne, and anytime anything mudvayne related appears, 'god' as he likes to call himself turns it into a thread full of racist abuse! its pathetic! i'd rather talk on here  |

well there's nothing really on the band site cuz their currently workin on the new album so once they put up,the site will be different and the myspace is like that for me too,because they have so many contests and different things on there

Their myspace is loading slow for me too...I think you can blame that on Chadness & his widget fetish LOL as for the "official forum" - what a fucking (sick) joke! Those same people have been on it for years and have taken it over as their own. I remember a few years ago Greg went on there and they all ripped him because of his weight-WTF? I fail to see why Mudvayne hadn't closed it down years ago. It's an embarrassment to the band and a real turn-off for fans seeking other fans to discuss the band with. Mudvayne now has a new forum at www.thisismudvayne.com but it has also been infiltrated by the same people (some have changed their names). Also whenever there has been a chat with the band, they monopolize that too. Idk...maybe it's just me, but I'd much prefer to be on a forum of a band I LIKE instead of one I don't like! Anyway, we're glad you all have found us and rest assured we will never turn into a forum like that (we've already banned quite a few who have tried to pull that shit here). So if you know any other Mud fans out there who are looking for a "home" spread the word! Well thanks for answering my questions!,i'm glad y'all don't mind answering them.
Yeah,that sucks about there "official forum",because i was reading through some of the threads i hardly understood any of them cause they were all talking about weird stuff or maybe it's just the way it's set up or something idk,but i was reading one about how they can't listen to Mudvayne's music anymore,and somebody posted a thread about pictures with Chad and an interview and someone said in there reply something like "who gives a shit" and i was thinking well that's rude,it doesn't make sense that some or most of the people on there don't even like the band,there was one newer post i saw where someone said some really sweet things about Chad,but i'm guessing some of them will say something rude to that post
I found this forum when i was looking up Mudvayne on google and i saw the link on the Mud World site and i was just reading through some threads and looking through the favorite chad pics thread and stuff,and thought it seemed like a good place to join since i'm kind of a new fan of them(cause i really first started liking them when i heard Forget to Remember) and so i did,i think this should be there "official forum" instead of that other one,they need to like take that one down or something and get the people that actually like them at one place.

Sometimes I think it would be nice if we were the official board...then again, idk how much control we'd have to give up-like if we could just ban someone just for being an asshole like we do now  Thanks everyone for the kind words. It's so good to see that our vision for a great Mudvayne board is headed in the right direction. As always, we welcome your input on how to make it even better!  |

<cough> I wasn't going to post here--but I think perhaps (I say gloatingly, shamefully!) that this thread may have caught the attention of at least, say, 78 folks from that board, +/- a few! As of now, there's 55 invisible users, 10 viewing this section.
Hmm. I sure hope we get some true Mudvayne fans, tired of the sicko shenanigans, abuse (and board charity afforded those malcontents so named above...) who'd like to share everything Metal, their love (or like) of MV with a sane, balanced--at least varied--bunch of music lovers!
